What this workshop is about

No pressure to invent fancy tasting notes.

This workshop focuses less on “detecting raspberry marmalade” and more on understanding what actually matters in a cup:
balance, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, texture, roast character, and overall drinking experience.

This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in coffee, especially if you feel that most coffees taste the same or are unsure what you’re actually tasting.
